Who is responsible?

We use no advertising or analytics tools, load no fonts or images from other servers and set no cookies.

Visiting the website, server logs

When you visit, our hosting and the service in front of it (Azure Front Door in the Microsoft cloud) process technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, status code and browser identifier. We keep the IP addresses in the Front Door service's logs for 30 days.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the logs to identify visitors.

Language and appearance

The language is part of the page's address (German without a prefix, English under /en). If you switch the appearance (light or dark) yourself, your browser remembers that choice in local storage. This choice stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Without your choice, the page follows your system's setting.

Sign-up and email

This website has no form and takes no input. The "Sign up" link leads to our sign-up page once it is open; the privacy notice of that page applies to the data you enter there.

If you write to us by email, we process your details to answer your request and delete them as soon as the purpose ceases and no retention duty stands in the way. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests before a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and hosting

The website runs on Microsoft Azure. We pass no data to other recipients through this website.

We run the website in an Azure region in Germany (Germany West Central).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw a consent given, with effect for the future.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

No automated decisions, no profiling

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and create no profiles.

We adjust this notice when the website or the legal situation changes, most recently as of the date above.

The product's name is a working title and may change.
