What the subscription includes – and what it does not
We pay for operation and models. One item stays with Microsoft.
Your instance: running it on Azure and the sandboxes' compute time are included in the subscription. You need no Azure subscription for it.
Models and tokens: included as a quota per package, size still open. You can raise the quota. They are models that Azure sells itself; nobody brings a key or a model.
Azure DevOps stays with Microsoft: each of up to four agent identities takes a Basic access level in your organization. The first five Basic seats are free per Microsoft; above that Microsoft bills you directly.

All prices and quotas are provisional.
Sign-up is meant to start a trial with a small AI quota; length and size are still open.
With annual prepayment we plan two months free.
How many tokens a task or a review needs we only know after the first real runs; so we name no quota figure yet.
You are billed directly by us; no Azure subscription or Azure Marketplace is needed for that.
