Changes

There is no published version yet. The public changelog starts with the first release; until then this shows the internal state of development.

Internal state; none of this is in use at a customer.

  1. Change of course: straight to a service

Polier is offered directly as a service with sign-up: an instance of its own per customer in our Azure in Germany, models from Azure and tokens in the subscription. This website now says so; sign-up and instances do not run yet.

  2. Watchdog, night shift, morning report

Alerts and red main lines lead to a read-only diagnosis; night routines by playbooks (all off), the morning report at 7:00 built from the books, and lessons as a draft pull request. Tested against test doubles, no model, no Azure.

  3. Console, switch and push

Web console with order book, approvals and spend; token proxy, pause switch, audit trail, checkpoints in Blob Storage and the push of the reviewed state from a fresh clone. This website as a draft.

  4. Flow from work item to pull request

The steps from plan to draft PR with reviewer status, pipeline answer and close-out; action classes, budget levels and approvals with fixed rules.

  5. Planner, order book and intake from Azure DevOps

From a project to a plan, from approval to work items on the board, intake through service hooks, an order book with leases, and the coding agent's connection behind an abstraction. Tested against test doubles.

  6. Project created

Scaffold of the core contracts, the order book and the plan; name and target picture set.
